How information is handled

Information you share
When you submit a HoneyBook inquiry, the information you enter, including contact details and business context, is sent to HoneyBook for Jackson Legacy Group to review and respond. Please avoid including Social Security numbers, bank account details, full credit reports, or other sensitive records in an inquiry. If additional records are needed, we will discuss a suitable method during an engagement.
Assessment and checklist
The free assessment calculates your results in your browser. Your answers are not sent to Jackson Legacy Group by taking the quiz. You can choose to copy your summary and submit it through the separate HoneyBook form. The launch checklist saves checked items in your browser’s local storage on that device. Clearing browser storage can erase those selections.
Use and service providers
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your business needs, schedule conversations, and manage a potential client relationship. The website host and HoneyBook may process technical and form data to deliver their services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use their features. We do not make a promise that a visitor can be identified by name simply from a website visit.
Choices and requests
You may choose whether to send an inquiry or share your assessment summary. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted to us, email info@jacksonlegacygroup.com. We will respond in light of applicable law and any records we are required to keep.
